Your privacy is important to MediTrans Portal, LLC (“MTP,” “we” or “us”), and we go to great lengths to protect it. This Privacy Policy applies to the online collection of personal information via the MTP software and internet services and is incorporated into our general Terms of Use for the website and service found at (collectively, “MTP Services”). The MTP Services are operated and presented to users in all locations by MTP located at 8441 Wayzata Blvd, Suite 150, Golden valley, MN 55426.

This Policy does not apply to information collected in any other way, including by any health professional or clinic. The MTP Services may contain links to sites maintained by others. This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of those sites.By using the above MTP Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to MTP’s processing of personal information and non-personal information for the purposes provided in the Privacy Policy. You further consent to reviewing the Privacy Policy from time to time to view any updates.

We ensure that our Privacy Policy and our information practices adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and other applicable data privacy laws.


We collect information about our users in three ways: directly from the user, from our web server logs, and through cookies. We use the information primarily to provide you with a personalized Internet experience that delivers the information, resources, and services that are most relevant and helpful to you. Web Server Logs

When you visit our website, we may track information about your visit and store that information in web server logs, which are records of the activities on our sites. Our servers automatically capture and save the information electronically. Examples of the information we may collect include:

Your access to some of our services and content may be password protected, such as access to your personal profile.
