This Policy does not apply to information collected in any other way, including by any health professional or clinic. The MTP Services may contain links to sites maintained by others. This Privacy Policy does not reflect the privacy practices of those sites.By using the above MTP Services, you consent to the terms of this Privacy Policy and to MTP’s processing of personal information and non-personal information for the purposes provided in the Privacy Policy. We ensure that our Privacy Policy and our information practices adhere to the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (“HIPAA”) and other applicable data privacy laws.

WHAT PERSONAL INFORMATION DOES MTP COLLECT AND HOW DO WE USE IT?
