Work Flow

All Contractors, drivers, vehicles and credentials are populated in MediTrans Portal.

Rides Enter the system via secure delivery from Call Centers or via Portal or FTP. They are assigned by the Dispatcher in Real-Time to various contractors/drivers.

Drivers can view their assignments online on their Smartphone/Tablet instantly with pre-calcutated mileage, driving directions and map for each ride.

Stakeholders can view in real time the current position of each Vehicle and Ride.Upon initiating a ride and completing it, tablet records location and timestamps the journey.
